ABC News Nightline: When the Taliban Attack

ABC News Correspondent Muhammad Lila, embedded with US troops, is ambushed by Taliban fighters.  It was part of a week long mission to document the preparedness of the Afghan National Army.  While on a patrol through a dangerous mountain valley, they came under direct fire from three sides, sparking a lengthy firefight.  The embed also includes exclusive aerial reconnaissance aboard a Blackhawk helicopter and a live fire training exercise atop a remote mountain outpost approximately 6,000 feet above sea level.
